The RC22A1 is a range cup used to hold .22 rimfire rifle rounds and is ideal for use on a range where non-magazine fed bolt action rifles are used, it allows the rounds to be easily issued to firers and for the firer to easily keep track of how many rounds they've fired.  Once finished the firer can then collect their empty cases easily in the front cup area.

Features

  • Designed for .22 rimfire rifle rounds.
  • Allows firers to easily keep track of rounds fired (useful for when undertaking two groups of 5 rounds).
  • Prevents issue of rounds becoming damaged when held in traditional pots/tubs.
  • Front cup area allows easy collection of empty cases post firing, reducing the number of empty cases requiring collection at the end of the day.
  • Hole in front of cup allows multiple RC22A1's to be attached to a piece of paracord for easy transportation.
  • Makes it easy for safety staff to easily see the number of rounds each firer has remaining.
  • Has RC22A1 printed on its side, to easily locate the STL files in future.

Designed in Tinkercad, the design has undergone testing of around 5 separate range days and each RCC22A1 around 450 rounds so far.  The design was printed on a stock Ender 3 Neo 3D printer with PLA filament.
