The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mathotics, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to the user's use of the Designs.
This clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America.
