Cozy Coupe Eyes

The eyes are 4mm thick with a 90mm base (white), 58mm iris (black), and 14mm reflection (white) that's a negative part cut from the iris.

Depending on your version, there may be small plastic notches at the bottom of the eye housing. I had to file these down for the printed eyes to adhere properly.
