These boxes are designed for my copy, yours is unique and may have different numbers of cards and tokens but I think they should still fit mostly. All outer walls are 1.8mm, all inner walls are 1.2mm. All designed in Fusion 360 except large card boxes.
Small Cards: 7 slots for Reference, Combat Support, Project, Threat, Enemy, Crafted Item, and Exploration cards. The side of the box has labels for the cards debossed. The text for the reference cards is a little illegible. Shouldn't require any support. The lid slides on top with a .2 mm clearance. I need to redesign the lid to move the text to the side to avoid unnecessary supports.
Large Cards: Print the tray three times. I uploaded the blank lid without text. You can add whatever text you want in Tinkercad or whatever stl editor you use. Print 3 lids. The lids slide into the box. Designed using Deck in a Box
Resource Tokens: Holds all the common resource tokens. The lid slides on top with a .2 mm clearance.
Tiles: Holds the map tiles for one terrain. Print twice to hold both terrains. The lid slides on top with a .3 mm clearance.
Feature Tokens: Holds all feature tokens for one terrain. Print twice to hold tokens for both terrains. Smaller hexagonal section can hold water and/or camp tokens
Everything Else: This holds the dice, survivor figures, camp/compass tokens, fire tokens, tribe leader marker, special monster tokens, and counters. The top only orients to the bottom in one way due to the cutouts for the dice and survivor figures. It can be a little finnicky to get the survivors into the top portion of the lid but it's doable.
