MGN12H Ender 3 v2 Neo Double Gear Extruder Direct Drive Adapter

Make sure you open normal supports and use at least 80% Infill and set Walls to 6.

set your profile to print Outer Walls first for better accuracy.

Print it with ASA or PETG if possible. With right amount of vRef Voltage adjusted for Extruder Step Motor, PLA works fine with 42-40 motor. Use pancake motor if you want lightweight setup. It does not get hot so I printed mine with Black PLA 

Note: This Adapter has only been tested with Creality Double Gear Extruder Kit (Red One)

First adjust step motor mounted gear while you are assembling extruder with adapter the gear filament teeth should align with filament holes. Make sure to use chrome setscrew while mounting motor mounted gear. Dont use chinese made black ones that comes with extruder gear.

I have mounted Creality Double Gear Extruder Kit without its spring but with M3x30mm screw two washers and two M3 nuts. You can see it on Photos. This way the extruder doesn't need any adjustments and it is solid as rock. Only downside is you can not manually feed filament into extruder but if you use Klipper like me thats not gonna be an issue. Simply press extrude with selected length in mm.
