this is a super simple 18mm to 16mm cutting jig for silicone spacers, i made this because i bought a silicone spacer pack from Creality that had 3 18mms when i needed 2 16mms and 2 18mms.
you can use a regular flat blade razor for this, or just a cutter blade, or any flat blade.
relatively simple print, printed as pictured, no supports needed, can be printed from PLA to PETG.
it is a bit of a tight fit for pushing the silicone in initially. recommended to use some pliers to push it out after cutting.
not me best work so go easy on the fusion file design.
i widened the cutting hole more as i found that it fused during printing but slicing a blade through fixed it.
