I recently had to do a brake bleed. The bleeding kit I bought was just for newer brakes and due to its age the bleeder valve cap also was brittle. So I designed my own stuff.
There are 2 versions of the bleeder valve.
The layer adhesion of very small parts like this nipple is often so bad, that you can just peel it off. I made this experience with a lot of materials when printing small parts like this and it also turned out to be true for this one. The nipple just separates from the strap. Hence I also created a version with a different orientation that doesn't face that issue. Hence I recommend the standing version. But you can give the laying version a shot, maybe your layer adhesion is good enough or you're not stressing it that much.
No special settings have been used. I did go with 15% cross hatch and 2 walls.
For the bleeder valve use TPU. for the bleeding block use any hard filament. I did use PLA.
