Train Track Overpass - Thresholds, carpets etc. (Brio, IKEA Lillabo compatible)

I designed this overpass to let your train track smoothly transition into another room, just high enough to clear obstacles like door thresholds or carpets.

To offer flexibility, I’ve included multiple versions of the overpass, with height options ranging from 2 mm to 30 mm. Matching supports are also provided so you can extend the overpass as needed.

Suggested Print Settings: 

• Material: PETG or PLA
• Infill: 15%
• Printing Orientation: Tracks have chamfers and can be printed on their side.
• Supports:
  • Required for the hole and knob only.
  • Depending on your printer and settings, additional supports may be needed for the tracks.

Assembly Instructions: 

• Choose your overpass height: Select the overpass version that best suits the obstacle height (2 mm to 30 mm available).
• Extend if necessary: Use the provided support blocks to extend the overpass as needed.
• Printing the tracks:
  • If you want the overpass to go down on the other side, print two of them.
