I wanted to wear my MSA Millennium outside, but the idea of a bug getting into the mask was off-putting. So I designed this to add a screen or mash to the inlet. I used a clean piece of old shirt with a mesh fabric. Other good materials would be window screen, filter fabric, and similar breathable materials.
The main ring also works well as an aesthetic piece.
The design prints without supports. The main body prints with the large part on the bed, and the small insert prints with the spokes on the bed. Optimized for a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Will probably print well with a 0.4mm nozzle as well.

UPDATE: I made a second insert piece that blocks airflow completely, for use on ports that had originally been blocked off. Also added a non-filter version for adapting MSA Advantage bayonet connections to NATO 40mm connections. Print with bayonet connector upwards, minimal support needed under the bayonet fitting.
