This is made to go between a G4 instant mounting plate and the camera to bend the mount to a user-provided angle. Has a carved out base for screw clearances.

The pictures included demonstrate how to use the .f3d fusion-360 file to specify a different angle. Specify the angle, and fusion will create that angle in up, down, left, and right facing variants.

22.5deg and 45deg up/down/left/right angle samples are provided.

I printed this in PETG, using a non-IS profile (to slow down the print some), using a .1mm layer line on a .4mm nozzle.

Model origin

The author remixed this model.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This model uses the original mounting plate as a reference to build the top surface. It then uses the “holes” on the bottom of the 45deg Adapter Mount STL to carve holes in the base and the parameter of the angle has been applied. This model also carves out the base a bit as clearance for screws that would go through the base mounting plate.
