The park layout was inspired by the Enoshima BMX Park featured in the Olympics.
The fully printed park spans (approx.) 57cm [22.4"] by 48cm [18.9"] and features an innovative connection scheme allowing for simple park expansion and piece rearrangement.
DESIGN UPDATE - REVISION A (2-12-2025):
Geometries have been updated to include alignment sockets and corresponding pegs to improve connection between pieces (see new drawing sheets 4 & 5 and photos). New course pieces are compatible with original pieces by using original connector rings (without pegs).
Additionally, detailed dimensions are now shown for connection scheme (see drawing sheets 4 & 5), if creators want to design their own compatible pieces that will connect to the ones published here.
PRINTER SIZE REQUIREMENT:
- FDM printer able to accommodate pieces approximately 190mm X 160mm X 180mm in size is required.
STARTER PACK (FREE):
The starter pack posted here provides pieces four (4), five (5), seven (7), eight (8), and ten (10), per the drawing. These pieces form a cohesive section of the park and can be reoriented relative to each other or expanded upon. For example, pieces seven (7), eight (8), and ten (10) can be printed multiple times and connected together to form an elongated half pipe.
