Ryobi Band Saw Guard

A simple guard that increases the safety of using the band saw. Clicks into place on the black shaft and is able to be easily adjustable to match wood size.

An acrylic front plate is not included in the files. A clear hard material can be used in replacement instead of acrylic. To get the acrylic piece on the bandsaw guard, all I did was laser cut a piece of acrylic the total length(Front and 2 sides) of the band saw guard and then heated the acrylic using a heat gun so it was malleable. After that I just bended it to the shape I wanted and screwed it into place.

The guard with the chamfer is purely for design. In essence, both files serve the exact same purpose.
