This is a 3d printable handle for larp weapons designed for .524 carbon fiber cores.

There is both a standard version and an oblong version included.

I typically print all parts with a .8mm nozzle for strength, but that's not necessary.

For the handle portion I typically print in PETG with enough perimeters to make it strong.

For the pommel and weight holder pieces I use a TPU plastic. I normally use ninjaflex, but you should test this a fair bit, as different print settings, shore hardnesses, nozzle sizes, and a million other things could have a large effect on how sturdy your pommel is (which is arguably the most important piece to get correct).

The weight holder is also printed in TPU. Nothing needs to be attached to it, but for the spacing purposes it will be needed. Threaded 8-32 bolt and nuts can be attached to it in various ways to add counter weighting.
