Filament Spooler Bearing

My old filament spooler just broke mid print…
So while the printer is printing something else I designed this spooler soon to be printed too.

I intentionally designed it not as a print in place so every thing can be printed standing up but the mid shaft and outer shell laying down for better strength. 

You will need 8 balls-cylinders and spreaders.

I have addressed the fragile point of breakage, combined the base with the mid shaft.
Print the Base and the Outer Shell laying down (use supports).
You can print the Base Cover in an angle for better strength but is not a must.
