Travel box for Phillips Sonicare

Travel box for Phillips Sonicare plus two Curaprox inter-dental brushes and TePe flosser. Box is held together by a set of magnets 9x4.5x1.6mm glued in place. Joints are locked by two stainless steel pins 30mm x diameter 3mm (real diameter 2.9mm).

• Filament: Gembird PETG on Prusa MK4 using “PETG Prusament” profile.
• Infill: Gyroid - 30%; except joints where I recommend 100% infill.
• Supports: Off
• Avoid crossing perimeters: On - helps in reducing stringing.

BoM:

• 2x - Stainless steel pin diameter 3mm; length 30mm. 
• 2x - Magnet 9x4.5x1.6mm

Both usually found in RC modeller shops or Aliexpress.

Do NOT heat-insert magnets, although it is tempting. You will demag them by heat! Use drop of PET compatible glue instead.
