See photos to compare adjusted part to original. With the adjusted position it's possible to use the IEC connector with fuse and switch.

The hole diameter is set to 4mm. Adjust the negative hole XY sizes (after unlocking the independent axis scaling) to match the diameter based on your heatsets inserts. For the blurolls kit 4.1mm is more ideal but I would not recommend using their heatsets.

The last photo shows how to bend spades to safely connect the switch. The PSU side ground and -V will need to be bent downward a bit, I suggest crimping that side and screwing in first to bend. The terminals on the IEC plug should not have to bend but the wire connectors will have to. Crimp and insert then use pliers to bend the wire back gripping at the crimp.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

This modification moves the connector to fit with the blurolls kit original 350W PSU on the non-extended edition. Done with really hacky .3mf modifications because I didnt have any CAD. It slices just fine despite looking ugly because negative volumes do not render in the STL based preview here.
