Description

PDF

I did not found a slim Ammo-Box for 9x19 which i liked without restriction. 
So i did one by myself. 

  • Extreme slim design
  • Stackable
  • Reliable
  • Option to insert a Note with Loading-Data

 

The Crate now got 1 Notch at the bottom Side. A small cam snaps into place here, which is attached to an elastic part of the housing.
Simply push it down with the Edge on the rear Side & the Ammo-Crate slides out.

A PDF with a template of the Notepad  is attached.
4.5x9cm. Cutout for Table is 8x3.8cm.

Ich habe keine schlanke Munitionskiste für 9x19 gefunden, die mir uneingeschränkt gefiel. 
Also habe ich mir selbst eine gebaut.

  • Extrem schlankes Design
  • Stapelbar
  • Zuverlässig
  • Möglichkeit, einen Zettel mit Ladedaten einzufügen

 

Die Kiste hat nun an der Unterseite eine Einkerbung. Hier rastet ein kleiner Nocken ein, der an einem elastischen Teil des Gehäuses befestigt ist.
Einfach mit der Kante auf der Rückseite nach unten drücken & die Munitionskiste gleitet heraus.

Ein PDF mit einer Vorlage für den Notizblock ist beigefügt.
4,5x9cm. Der Ausschnitt für den Tisch ist 8x3,8cm.

Modified Version:

Diameter of Pins changed from 4.15mm to 4.05mm. If you get trouble with to tight fitting Ammo!

Differences of the remix compared to the original

I gave the Box slightly bigger Tolerances to ensure free Sliding of the Crate.
Also i added a Locking-Mechanism which puches an elastic Part with a Notch into the Ammo-holding-Crate.

Ich habe der Box etwas größere Toleranzen gegeben, um ein freies Gleiten der Kiste zu gewährleisten.
Außerdem habe ich einen Verriegelungsmechanismus eingebaut, der ein elastisches Teil mit einer Kerbe in die Munitionskiste drückt. 
 

Jetzt bin ich mit dem Design vollends zufrieden
