Honda Ruckus/Zoomer LED Headlight Adapter

The LED Support was designed to work as an adaptor to install 5.75" LED headlights in the original support that the Honda Ruckus/Zoomer uses for the dual headlights.

The LED headlights have a tab that you need to orient between the tabs that the adaptor has. It's quite important to install it this way, as this prevents the headlight from rotating.

PRINTING PARAMETERS

Use at least 30% infill and 4 perimeters. The supports settings have been configured in the .3mf file. You don't need to tweak them.
The file has been tested with normal PETG. If you want to use PETG-CF or other material, you might need to tweak the infill percentage to control the stiffness, so you can install the headlight into the adaptor.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

You would need:

4x M6 Nyloc or lock nuts
4x M6 button head screws at least 15mm long
