K1 Cooling Duct

Key Features:
Efficient and balanced cooling.
Lightweight, 6.5g compared to 31.8g of the stock toolhead.
Less load on X Axis bushing springs.
Decent cable management, you can hide it behind the fan.

Must be printed with heat resistant material like ABS, CPE, PC, PA or similar.

The cooling duct, should be printed with supports and probably a brim since first layer contact patch is minimal.

For the spring plate I recommend:
2 walls
3 top
2 bottom
5% infill

For K1 and K1C must also print Y Axis Stopper to prevent the fan from touching the frame while homing.
 

This duct is made to be used with stock fan and stock nozzle.
