Do you, like me have the problem where when flying, Airplane adapters break due to you standing up or sitting down?
I bought some cheap adapters and dismantled them to see if I could make it even smaller and lower profile and this is the result
To assemble, disassemble your donor jack adaptor and remove the original wiring, then solder thin wires to the jack grounds, and connect to the brass outer body of the plug, then attach the sound channels in the direction you desire
Finally fit the wiring into the wiring guides in the top half and squeeze together, using an M3x8 screw to tighten together
if you want you can then use a soldering iron to seal the seam and remove the M3 screw, and add resin to secure the pins from wobbling, as well as reducing the chance of your solder joints coming undone
Here's the amazon link I bought my donor jacks from: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CCY9SDND?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title , most jacks in this style should work, as they seem to all come from the same molds and parts anyways
