Sometimes Exhaust fans are dangerously placed with the potential to cause injury. This grill prevents direct contact with fan blades for such fans without a protective grill.
The grill is having 240 mm dia originally and thus will not fit on normal 3d printers. Hence it is divided into 3 equal-sized parts and printed separately.
Print settings are 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, and 10% infill, support is required but may not use bed adhesion.
All 3 parts took 6 hours total in anycubic neo.
Once printing is over the grill may be assembled using filament as rivets through the given side holes. For attaching to the fan frame three holes are provided in the outer ring. It can be fastened using screws M3-8. Alternatively, it can be glued to the fan frame.
