Printed on its side for strength, this Makita DC18RC battery charger slides into the mount with a solid clunk. The original model did leave some excess tolerances, causing the charger to lift a few millimeters when removing the battery. I did not like that so I stuck a rubber adhesive spacer on the bottom to eliminate the play and add more friction.
I printed this with a 0.6mm nozzle using tree supports in Orca Slicer, specifically the Slim support to reduce print time and support filament.
