My Costa cup lid broke, the slider part snapped and tbf I never liked the lid or the slider part.
The lid was hard to clean and the slider would close itself when you tried to take a sip.
All that is really needed was a good lid.
Using the original seal I designed a new lid.
The OpenSCAD file is included so you can customise it to your liking, a STL is provided of a basic lid and some text.
There is no reason why this can't be customised to fit any cup, you'll just have to get an o-ring seal to fit or print one out of tpu or something.
The original costa cup is a 12oz/350ml that I bought a couple of years ago, I have no idea if they still sell them, but I wasn't about to throw out a perfectly good cup.
I printed in PETG, I do not recommend PLA for hot drinks as it might deform.
I printed mine without the cone shaped internal cutout, because I forgot and added that while printing. You don't need the cone shape, but it'll be stronger and easier to clean. If you don't want it, just set:
c_internal_cutout_dia_bottom = 60.0;
c_internal_cutout_dia_top = 50.0;
to 60.0;
