This Box allows you to, not only store, but to learn and study with index cards. I also made a Version without the lid, which prints faster: https://www.printables.com/model/995045-open-box-for-a6-index-cards
How it works: You write questions on one side and the answers on the other side of the index cards. All cards start in the first compartment, if you answer a card correctly, it goes into the next compartment. Cards from the first compartment should be looked at every day, cards from the second compartment every second day and so on. If a card reaches the last compartment, it can be considered finished and only needs to be looked at every few weeks, if any. I learned about this way of studying about 20 years ago, from a system called “Phase 6”.
There are 3 Versions of this box: The first version has the dividers for the compartments directly included in the design of the box, there is also a version where the dividers from the compartment can be printed seperatly or can be made out of 4mm Plywood. And there is also a Version without any compartments.
For the Hinges you will need 2 M4*30 Panhead Screws and 2 Locknuts.
Fits on i3 Size Bed
Print settings: I used PLA with 0.3mm Layer Hight. At least 3 perimiters and 15% Infill.
Happy studying :-)
