Kryptonite Lock Mount (Metric)

Metric bike mount for Kryptonite locks with 65mm spacing, M4 hardware, and optional rounded frame adapter.

I redesigned this Kryptonite lock mount to use metric hardware, making it more accessible for those without imperial fasteners. Since I don't have access to SolidWorks, I recreated the entire design from scratch.

• 65mm mounting hole spacing (adjustable via parametric files)

Recommended Print Settings

• Material: PC Blend Carbon Fiber or PETG recommended

• Layer height: 0.2mm

• Perimeters: 4

• Infill: 20% Adaptive Cubic

• Sequential printing recommended if printing both parts together

Assembly

Attach Kryptonite's original mount to the 3D printed part using M4×16 screw and M4 nut.

Redesigned to accommodate metric screws. Also has parameters to change dimensions and spacing.
