Lock Plug C-Clips - Updated 1/11/25

If you would like me to add another specific size to the list of files hosted here, just message me and I'll do it. Takes me literally less than a minute.

These are 3D printed C-clips intended to be used as replacements for metal C-clips on locks. There are two different sizes provided here:

1. 10.5mm diameter X 1.8mm thick
2. 11.7mm diameter X 1.8mm thick
3. 10.5mm diameter x 1mm thick

#1 is known to be compatible with the ASSA 600 specifically, #2 compatible with the ASSA 700, and #3 compatible with many Euro cylinders. However, there is a very good chance these clips are compatible with many other locks given the fact that they can flex into larger diameters (a bit at least).

In addition, I have designed this in OnShape to make the important size features variable. In other words, it would be very quick for me (or you) to simply modify the variables and produce a new C-clip in a size that suits your needs. Here is the OnShape link.

Also worth noting is that there is a notch at the top of the clip. You can either use a fingernail or a flat tipped screw driver to pry the clips back off of the lock's plug.

The 10.5mm X 1mm sized clip was added. This is know to work with many Euro cylinders.
