MapleSnowBall

The "MapleSnowBall" is a decorative element to hang, designed to be printed by separate pieces with recycled Pla and then painted or to be printed with a color change, in three colors.

It is prepared to be printed horizontally without the need for supports and with the possibility of printing all three pieces at the same time.

There is also the version with a single piece to be able to print it in different colors, with minimal supports but easy to remove.

The printing rules that I used are:

1. Printed on Pla-recyled.
   • Layer height 0.15mm.
   • Perimeters 2
   • Solid layers
     • top 5
     • bottom 5
   • Infill density 15% Gyroid.
   • Without supports.
   • Speed.
     • Perimeter 45mm / s.
     • 80mm / s infill.
2. Printed in Pla (Color change).
   • Layer height 0.15mm.
   • Perimeters 2
   • Solid layers.
     • top 5
     • bottom 5
   • Infill density 15% Gyroid.
   • With supports on the base only.
     • contact Z distance 0.25mm.
   • Speed
     • Perimeter 45mm / s.
     • 80mm / s infill.

Individual printing time is approximately 50m. The time of the piece with color change is 2h + the filament change time.

For Post-Processing, the pieces have been sanded with various sandpaper of different grains, then primed and painted to taste.

For the piece with a color change, these changes must be made in layers 22 and 42.

MapleSnowBall 

La "MapleSnowBall" es un elemento decorativo para poder colgar, diseñado para ser imprimido por piezas separadas con Pla reciclado y luego pintado o bien para ser impreso con cambio de color, en tres colores.

Esta preparada para ser impresa de manera horizontal sin que hagan falta soportes y con la posibilidad de imprimir las tres piezas al mismo tiempo.

También esta la versión con una sola pieza para poder imprimirla en diferentes colores, con los mínimos soportes pero fáciles de quitar.

Las reglas de impresión que e utilizado son:

   • Capas solidas.
     • superior 5
     • inferior 5
   • Densidad de relleno 15% Giroide.
   • Con soportes en la base solamente.
     • distancia Z de contacto 0,25mm.
   • Velocidad
     • Perímetro 45mm/s.
     • Relleno 80mm/s.

El tiempo de impresión individual es de aproximadamente 50m. El de la pieza con cambio de color el tiempo es de 2h + el tiempo de cambio de filamento.

Para el Post-Procesado se han lijado las piezas con varios papeles de lija de diferentes granos luego imprimación y pintado al gusto.

Para la pieza con cambio de color estos cambios se deberán hacer en las capas 22 y 42.
