Fire hose cleaner

This part has to be connected to a Lance Devidor Tournant (LDT) with diameter 22 GFR fitting for water suply.

Usage pressure is 4 bars max, limit rate flow to 150l/min, which is enough.

The inner diameter of the 45 version is 100mm. Enough to cleanup french 45 diameter fire hoses.

The inner diameter of the 70 version is 120mm. Enough to cleanup french 70 diameter fire hoses.

The printing is made in PETG to be water proof. 2 layers, 20mm layer height, 20% infill. Supports needed. Print in the displayed orientation.

With these parameters you need 250grams of PETG for 45 version, 450 for 70 version. In order to make the part future-proof you can set to 4 layers.
