As the Berd-Air pump is quiet loud, I decided to design a silencer.
The silencer uses 3 principles:
Sound attenuation of the exiting air flow
To silence the air coming out, I designed an air vessel. The air vessel is sealed- the air expandes and the sound is trapped in the chamber. I also recommend filling it with cotton wool. To get the air vessel air tight I recommend to print it with a resin printer.
