The speaker/mic rubber port cover of my Retevis RT3S crumbled to pieces, so I designed from scratch this replacement port cover.

From my understanding, the Retevis RT3S is the same radio as the TYT MD-UV380, so I think it will be compatible as well. So, here is a list of the supported radios:

I recommend printing it in TPU (95A), with no supports. If you have a rough textured PEI bed sheet, the look of the replacement part will look like the rest of the radio, which is a bonus.

The fit is snug like the original cover, if not better. To install the cover you will need to disassemble the radio by removing the antenna, the volume knob and the channel select knob, by unscrewing the brass rings that hold the antenna connector, the volume potentiometer and the CH select knob, then by taking out the two screws at the bottom, and finally by prying the radio open with a spudger of a flat screwdriver. Be careful because there are a few flat flexes and cables to disconnect, so watch a video on YouTube before attempting this installation/replacement. Once you opened the radio, you will need to push the replacement cover in with force from the outside while using a small screwdriver, tweezer or dental pick from the inside of the radio to guide the rotating pin into place. It takes some time and, especially, a lot of patience. Once done, you will see the bottom of the replacement cover fall into place, almost flush with the rest of the body of the radio. You can now reassemble the radio.
