Aviator Wallet AirTag + Euro Coins Insert

This is an insert for the Aviator Wallet which holds an Apple AirTag + 8 Euro Coins (2x 2€, 2x 1€, 1x 50c, 1x 20c, 2x 10c) inside.

This model was remixed by 2 fantastic models, one directly from printables and one from cults. Both provided the f3d files so it was easy to adapt them and so do i.

I have commented all steps i have made so you might choose to adapt your model as well. I have widened my contours for the AirTag as well as for the Coins by 0.1mm due to printer deviations. This gives me a good fit for both AirTag and Coins. You might want to adapt this directly in the f3d file if you want to.

I have modeled the depth of the coin storage to fit the mentioned coins plus a 0.5mm thick velours against rattle of the coins.

There is an additional template part, with which you can cut your velours inlay so that the coins do not rattle.

You should print with support on the base plate only for the strap cutout.

My print settings on an Ender 3 S1 Plus were:
0.2mm layer height
support on baseplate
15% infill
