My Wyze Cam Pan v3 Prusa Mount for Mk4 was not compatible with the Original Prusa XL Enclosure. I designed with Fusion 360 a new version, higher and secured to support the weight and mobility of the Wyse Cam Pan v3 for my Prusa XL.

Printing does not require any support and cable management is also available in this project. I've also included a version of my extrusion covers in order to properly manage the arrangement  of the camera cables. Please see the picture of the final installation of the camera.

When designing, I always had in mind to use less material and not to use support when printing. The profile that fits into the aluminum extrusion was created to provide a tighter fit.

I've also included my Prusa slicer project (.3mf), as I've adjusted all the seam position and some changes in order to get a better impression. The left and right versions of the bracket are included in this project.

Installation :

  • Before installation, you can add a little glue to the inside of the head before screwing it firmly onto the screw. On the other hand, DO NOT ADD GLUE for the nut which should only be installed at the end of the installation.
  • Please insert the bracket all the way to the front so as not to scratch your side panels.
  • Insert the screw into the bracket and screw the nut in by hand when the screw protrudes from the front of the bracket. Do not over-tighten the nut, as it must be removed to remove the support.
  • Move the mount to the desired location and tighten the screw against the side to secure the camera mount.
  • Install the camera on the mount and don't forget to install the screw that came with the camera under the mount.
  • Finally, hide the cables with extrusion covers.
