Collection of screws (ISO 4017 / DIN 933) including :

M5x 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 22, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50

For general purposes PETG, PLA  works ok. For some demanding application I would choose tougher material.

If the fit is too tight, I would recommend scaling the model down by 0.5-1%.
