XYL UNICORN SLINGMOUNT (for bigger snap hooks)

Same settings as the original, but you need longer screws because the plate is 9mm thick now.

Materials needed:

• 2x M3x20

Print settings:

• 0.2 mm layer height
• 5 walls
• 100% infill
• PLA worked fine, but feel free to use PETG or Nylon if you can

First of all, thanks to Tarpie for the design work on this. The original is just great. It works and is sturdy with the correct print settings and material. But I have a sling with a rather big snap hook, so I could barely squeeze it in the hole. So I increased the inner and outer diameter of the slingmount by 5mm and also made the plate thicker.

To prevent elephant foots, I chamfered the edges on the bottom by 0.2mm

I also added a dual-sided slingmount and the mirrored versions of the one-sided mounts for those that don't know how to mirror it in their slicer or want to use a 3d-print-service, whatsoever… It was 2 more mouse clicks, so why not…
