40mm Fan Cover - Quiet Cover - Max Airflow

40mm Fan cover for max air flow. Optimized for FDM printing, with supports. Recommend 100%infill (or 4 shells top/bottom/walls) 0.4mm nozzle.

I was dissatisfied with the fan covers that left the front open. They all claim to make the fan quieter, but to my ears they just changed the pitch (usually making it higher). So this cover is an attempt to cover the fan from the front (thereby blocking the sound) but allowing optimum flow from the sides.

the 40mm exterior dimensions will cover any standard 40mm fan.
