WAHL Senior 850 Cover Lid

***3/12/2025 EDIT: by popular demand (no one asked), i gracefully added a .STEP file of the blank model so you you can customize it to your liking (forgot to add it).

This cover lid is designed for the Wahl Senior Model 850 trimmer. The original one on mine cracked, so I created a replacement and thought I might as well share it here in case you happen to need one.

There are two models available: the first, named "Normal", which has the Wahl logo, and a "Blank" model, which has no logo and resembles the original cover lids that some 850 models came with. There are photos of the CAD of both models 

Regarding printing settings and plastic: There are photos showing the orientation of the part and the supports. For plastics, you can use natural ABS like the original lid if you can print ABS reliably. Otherwise just use PETG, which works just as well. add lots of perimeters and a overhang threshold of 35-40 degrees, and no brim.
