Dualco grease gun adapter for printer nozzle - 1/8" NPT to 6mm adapter

Adapter to replace the nozzle of a Dualco grease gun with a printer nozzle. 

Also adapts male 1/8" NPT to female M6x1.0 just in case that was something you wanted to do.

Why? Because I could. Had some old cheap printer nozzles that I was never going to use (long since got rid of the cheap printers as they were nothing but trouble) and was making replacement nozzles for my Dualco grease guns and decided to see if I could do it.

While you can do this with a 0.4mm nozzle, that's going to be really stingy with the grease, so I grabbed a 1.8mm drill bit and just hollowed it all the way out. Now I've got a nice soft brass tip that dispenses a good amount of grease where I want it.  Don't have metric drills? 1/16" is only slightly smaller.

Isn't this exactly what the original tip did? Yes. But this is printed.

Should print just fine with whatever settings you want, but keep the layer height no larger than 0.2mm otherwise the threads will get messy and not work as well.

Also understand that if you drop your Dualco grease gun on the floor, this will break.
