Thanks everyone who view or print my model here below you will find a roadmap to make it :

Step 1 : look what kind of cell phone you have and measure the length the thickness and the width of your mobile because it will probably not fit in this model so you will still have to adjust this model fits only for the Huawei P30 lite you can easily remake this model in tinkercad, fusion 360 or other programs.

 Step 2 : when you have modified the model you can start printing be careful because with the backside mobile and frontside mobile the slots for the joycons are very thin so I would recommend to use a line width of 0.2 millimeter.
 
Step 3 : while the parts are printing we can already shorten the 90° cable for the mobile part with a soldering iron forget to wrap the soldered wires in tape afterwards.

Now we start assembling.

Step 4 : now you plug the 90° soldered wire into your cell phone and put it in the frontside mobile as shown in the picture below.

Step 5 : now you can screw on the top with small screws i took mine from a broken ps4 controller, this completes the mobile part.

Step 6: now you can assemble the tv dock. First we start with putting the sides of the dock on the usbc to hdmi part with M3 screws as shown in the picture below.

Step 7 : now we screw the usbc to hdmi bottom to usbc to hdmi top with the same kind of screws we used with the mobile piece also we need to assemble the 90° piece with the female to female extension piece as shown in the picture below I stuck it on the bottom with a little double sided tape.

Step 8 : now we can connect the dock to the TV by using the hdmi to usbc adapter.
