Split into 4 and printed in ABS for high temp resistance as I was taking it to the Mojave Desert
Had to be lightweight and fit in carry on luggage with the neck removed.......................The mission was accomplished :-)
I have included the Freecad file
Used wide brims and high bed temp to prevent warping but still got some.
I cant remember how much infill, 56 hour print for all four pieces.
The neck was from the first guitar I bought with my first pay packet, I modified the head to squeeze each set of three tuners on, I will post more on how I made the strengthening brace for the body soon.
The pictures are different because I took it to work on a Saturday when I could assemble it, I wrapped it in a towel to protect the paint, when I got to work the paint was ruined so I scraped it off and assembled and tested it
if you want to create something like this and need more info on how I did it, feel free to message me and I will help
