Skoda, VW - Headlight Adjustment Gear

3D model of Skoda Fabia I Headlight Adjustment Gear. The old plastic gears started spinning on the shaft so I made a new ones. 

Instructions:

Print orientation: gear up, 10mm hex touching printer bed

PLA (205/65 °C works for me), 0.1 mm layer height, tree supports, 100% infill

Before installation, drill the hole with a 5mm drill bit and coat on the inside with model glue/acetone

Take one bulb out, hold the headlight with your finger in the hole and lightly hammer the softened PLA piece on the knurled shaft.
