This design is specifically optimized for strength, with bolts that help distribute the load away from the plastic at the end holes (compressing towards the bolt instead of pulling from).

Additional hardware

• 3x M8 x 40 (single wheel pulley) or 3x M8 x 60 (double wheel pulley). The frame can be used with regular or carriage bolts (cup square neck)
• 1x M8 washer for use between the wheels for the double pulley.

Printing

Two frames per pulley. Print flat side down. Use many walls for strength. The example is printed using 8 walls (PLA).

Perfect for use with this compact winch for 6mm rope.

Added wheel for usage without bearings.
