Milwaukee drill lanyard

so i was recently on a jobsite the required i be suspended over  the side of a building 150 ft up, i had to do some makeshift rigging to attach a lanyard to my drill and impact. this is to keep from dropping tools, this is designed for paracord, or similar sized rope. I'm sure they make something like this but I'm not gonna buy it if i can make it. it should fit any Milwaukee tool that has the belt clip mounting point. just have to buy a screw long enough to go through it.
