Miniburner Toolhead for Voron

- Some change to the Revo Voron Toolhead screw size.

This is Miniburner for Voron. Its a Toolhead designet to fit direct on the original Voron 2.4 or Trident carriage.
It features two 4010 fans for part cooling and a 3010 fan for hotend cooling. 
This post is only for the hotend part of the build, the extruder part is in another post because it is shared whit my other Toolhead design. You can find the here:
