K1 Max Triple Z Door Plug

This door plug for the K1 max seals up the hole in the door for the screen, and is easily removeable when not using high temperature filaments. It sits in place when the door opens.

Based on Derrick Darrell's original design, with modified geometry to fit the K1 Max and importantly also has a recess in the back to sit around the front right stepper motor when using Derrick's triple z mod (as found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/408110)

Material: Whatever you like. I used CF-ASA.

Nozzle: 0.4
Layer height: 0.1-0.2
Walls count: 3
Top/bottom layers: 4
Infill: 20% Cross-Hatch

Recommended Orientation & Support Settings

This model is pre-orientated, and will require supports. I also recommend the use of the brim to increase bed contact.

Support top distance: 0.2mm
