Smith and Wesson M&P 17 Round Magazine Spacer

I recently bought some 17-round 9mm magazines for my M&P 2.0 Compact and I needed more spacers so that the new magazines would fit better in my 15-round sized mag well. I modeled this in Fusion 360 by taking measurements from S&W's original spacer and an empty magazine. I also added a sort of grippy texture to the front and sides

These don't carry any load, so infill doesn't matter. I used 20% infill with 3 walls, but you can do less with no issues. My preferred layer height is 0.15mm, but 0.2mm works just as well. Print this model upside down (with the longer side touching the build plate) and turn on support generation.

To install, just slide the spacer onto the magazine, as shown. As always, treat every firearm as if it were loaded. Clear your gun and put the ammunition somewhere else while you're working with it. You are liable for your own safety. Be responsible :)
