The XRP Robot is a multifunctional machine designed to adapt to various tasks with precision and efficiency.

Adjustable Robotic Arm: Equipped with a versatile robotic arm that includes a rotating shovel, the XRP Robot can easily replace this shovel with a gripper. This tool-changing capability allows the robot to adapt to tasks such as object collection and handling delicate materials, offering precise solutions in any situation.

Additional Servo-Controlled Arm: Additionally, the XRP Robot is equipped with an extra arm controlled by a servo motor, which allows for the firm gripping of objects. This arm works in tandem with the main arm’s gripper or shovel, enabling the handling and holding of materials for more complex tasks that require precision and coordination.

Robust and Durable Front Shovel: At the front, the robot features a shovel designed to efficiently clear obstacles. This shovel is motor-controlled, allowing the user to manually adjust its angle and tilt, ensuring it can be positioned optimally to tackle the specific conditions of the terrain.

Tracks Instead of Wheels: To maximize traction and mobility, the XRP Robot is equipped with tracks instead of wheels. This feature provides superior traction, allowing it to move easily across all types of terrain, including uneven, sandy, muddy, or snowy surfaces. The tracks ensure that the XRP maintains its stability and optimal performance regardless of the environmental conditions.

Integrated Lights: The XRP Robot’s design also includes integrated lights that enhance both its visibility and functionality in low-light conditions. These lights not only add a modern aesthetic touch but also increase the robot's safety and efficiency in dark or difficult-to-see environments.

For assembling the XRP robot, the following components are required:

Screws:

  • For securing the motors: M3x6.
  • For all other parts: M3x8.
  • For the chain support: M3x12.

Nuts:

  • For M4 screws: 4 M4 nuts.

Motors:

  • N20 motors with screws: 4 units.
  • N20 motors without screws: 2 units, specifically for the chains.

Servo:

  • MG90S servo: 1 unit.

Ensure that each type of screw, nut, and motor is used according to its application to ensure proper and efficient assembly of the robot.

To make the assembly process easier, you may refer to the provided instructional video, which demonstrates the step-by-step assembly process and will help ensure everything is assembled correctly.
