FlyFishRC Volador II VX5 - front 25x25 mm GPS holder

Front GPS holder for the Volador II VX5 O3 FPV Freestyle T700 Frame by FlyFishRC.

This GPS holder, made for 25 x 25 mm modules such as the Team Blacksheep M10Q, which also includes a magnetometer, uses the same hole pattern as the included action camera mount.

This positioning of the module seems to help in avoiding interference possibly caused by the VTX system.

Keeping the module plug in front makes it easier to unplug it whenever the top plate needs to be removed.

Some variants are provided:

• GPS holder front: base part (first picture)
• GPS holder front - extra retention: additional elements which should alleviate the strain on the connector, better retaining it in place. Designed after damaging the existing connector on my GPS unit
• GPS holder front - solder: cutout offset to the side in order to have the wires better reach the solder pads when not using the connector (second picture)
