Description

PDF

This is a holder for various PCBs allowing to contact specific places on the board being held.

Might be useful for debugging Quartz Watches and other small devices.

Additional parts needed:
- Rubber O-rings: 4mm outer diameter / 1mm thickness. O-rings provide the ability to slide the arms up and down smoothly.
- Pogo pins: I use 9.5mm tall pins since they provided the biggest movement range for the tip. Installation hole diameter is 1.8mm (friction fitted)
- Brass contacts: I press fitted 2mm diameter brass pins, but can be adjusted for other options as well
- Connection wires

You would need to solder the wires to pins and contacts before use

Print notes:
- No support needed
- Don't forget to pause the printing ot install the O-rings. 2 pauses will be needed as each arm slot accepts 2 O-rings
