Just bought a cheap Mac Pro 6,1 and it came with a white IMac/Cinema display power cable which looked really out of place. Tried with just a standard IEC C13 power cord in black but still looked out of place as it didn't plug all the way in and had a big gap around the sides. Looked into getting an official moulded power cord for the Mac Pro 6,1 but they were either ridiculously expensive or for another region.

Decided to have a go myself as its only a cosmetic thing and it turned out not too bad. I'm including the freecad model as well as the stl, don't judge me as I'm a bit new to freecad and it's not the easiest thing to get to grips with.

If you need to modify the pocket to make a bit more room for the socket of your power cord you should be able to do this by modifying Sketch02. It lives outside the main part as this was the only way I could see to get an offset plane above the contoured body, but it might make it easier to modify as you just need to edit the sketch to make it match the contour of your cord's socket.

Pictures are of the first try at printing it, used CF PC blend as it looked as if it might go well with the Mac and I'm happy enough with the look. Might even be a bit safer than using a “bare” C13 power cord as there is now absolutely no wiggle when I touch the cord. Its also a good tight fit on the power cord and stays attached to it when unplugged, so acts like the original in that way.
