PowerBook 1XX Battery

Case for replacement PowerBook 1XX (140, 145, 145B, 150, 160, 165, 165c, 170, 180, 180c) battery using a 3rd party battery pack.

Assembling a full battery will also require 3/16" copper strip which must be bent to fit the open corners of the case, to which the battery pack leads must be soldered and then hot glue used to secure the copper strips and insulate them.

Case fits the AA Portable Power 6V 4500mAh NiMH battery pack which includes an internal thermostat to protect against overcharging, and a polyswitch to protect against over-discharging.

The lid is a snug fit but not completely friction fit, so I recommend double-sided tape to hold it down.
